In 2016, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) conducted the Quarterly Establishment Surveys for the first three quarters of 2016 (Q1-Q3, 2015), while the fourth quarter survey for 2016 was conducted in 2017. Temidayo9: I agree nobody was expecting much from 2016 numbers. I'm keeping my eyes on 2017 Q1 report. All the politicans are claiming things are improving we'll see if numbers prove this fact. I think they'll scrape by with 1% growth. 2 Likes |

Blue3k: I think we are due a nadir soon, if we haven't already reached it. Oil prices have been improving and I suspect if we don't return to growth in Q1, we will do so in Q2 (provided oil prices/production remain supportive). 1 Like |

Blue3k:so many factors hinder us to achieve positive growth. Even rainfall was not much last year, but now the rain has started pouring, The most critical factors is the millitant that cost us more than 100b dollars last, 1 Like |
