In practical terms, you can only use GTB Master Card and or Access Bank Visa Card.

I don't think they will be needing your utility bill. I think they need you to upload scanned copies of front of your bank card, and your national ID card. If you login on a system and go to my orders, you will see appeal highlighted at the top of the page, and when you click it, from there you will see the things they want from you.

Funding alipocket with a card other than yours is pretty straightforward for old accounts and NO you can't pay using different accounts to buy an item.

What do you mean by different accounts?
Different ATMs or different AliExpress accounts?
If it's different ATMs, yes, you can use different ATMs to pay for one item, but first you'll have to "transfer" the money in one ATM/bank account into AliExpress pocket, then you can use another ATM to complete the transaction.

my aliexpress account was opened in 2013, guess that makes it an old account ryt?

Hello everyone... I have a problem...i funded my acct with 30usd abd order for a few accessories and i was debited from my account instead of my alipocket,I've cancelled the order but gtbank sent me an email afterwards saying my order has been authorized... How long before i receive my refund because i have cancelled the order.... Thanks for your reply..and pls hoe can i make them deduct from y ali pocket and not my account directly?

If you don't get refunded automatically in 24 hours, contact their customer care service. Refunds should take within a week.
Regarding paying via Alipocket, just check the button marked in the screenshot.

Just walk into your nearest post office the day after tomorrow from 9am upwards to pick up your package.
