You are kinda right. The matric number does not tally with the year of graduation. I also questioned it. My grad year was 2010 and mat no starts with 13. Never say never though.

Exactly my point.That matric number doesn't match the year of graduation at all. It's probably a fake certificate. The owner should be interrogated if found.

I graduated in 2009 from Ui. It's impossible for anyone with such matric number to graduate in 2009.
Secondly, ui did not issue certificate around that date for 2009, we wrote the final exam towards the end of 2009. There was ASUU strike around July 2009. Scam is the certificate. The signatures are forged. 100% scam certificate.

2. The National Identification Service should be able to locate them.

3. They should be on the Voter's Register.

4. The Police can locate them.

5. University of Ibadan might be able to find them.

People admitted in 2011 had their matric number starting with 19,

This person was probably admitted 2004 or 2005

There is a high probability his matric number is correct and real starting with 05

Its a FAKE certificate, that mat no was used in the 70s.
