Windows 7 professional

Download speed is very slow, like 11kb/sec. Could take like 7 to 8 hrs to download a movie of about 700mb.

I use HP Pavilion, Core i5 nvidia GF, Ram 8gb, Hdd 1tb, Processor speed 2.5ghz.

The internet speed is the best you can get. 1.5gb of data on daily basis, though not in Nigeria.

Live streaming is perfect.

I have tried these steps below but not working. I sincerely need your help, most people in my office couldn't work today because they couldn't log in to their systems.

Run gpedit.msc.
2. Expand Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies
3. Click on User Rights Assignment
4. Ensure that "Allow log on locally" includes Administrators, Backup
Operators, Domain Users or Users.

Try removing the battery and switching it on with only charger.if it doesn't come on, remove charger, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then plug in charger and try switching on again. if it doesn't come on, see an engineer. if you are in Lagos and need someone to help you check it, call or whatsapp 08164685979
