Download the form online anywhere you are.fill it,affix your passport photograph to the form.make sure you sign your signature which must align with your bank signature.Since the bank needs to sight the original documents and must stamp on the form for endorsement before you send it to the registrar.
What you will do is to send the form together with your valid passport to any of your closest who will take it to your bank and then forward it to the registrar.Any thing contrary to this means you will need to come back to naija to process it.

stock broker is only involved if you have outstanding dividend which you have not claimed.Your broker will process the transfer form on your behalf(no charges) but bear in mind it will take two to three weeks to be processed and received by cscs.They will need to give you the acknowldgement copy that shows the cscs has received it.
You will have to send the e-dividend form,the transfer form gotten from your broker and copy of your valid id card to the registrar after the endorsement by the bank.
If you dont have any outstanding dividend,you will need to process a fresh e- dividend mandate.you dont need a brokers services.Just the form and valid id card.your e-dividend will be mandated within two weeks.

After 12 years,you will not claim your outstandings again but you can process your e- dividend for subsequent ones anytime you come back.

Don't worry nobody will visit LUTH because of Zenith bank, they just finished their press up, watch out for part two on how they will move up next week.

A real insider (in the true sense of the word) would have known Zenith would take that plunge it took on Monday. It was the insiders that were placing all the offers after all.

I am having feelings FCMB results will be disappointing.

UCAP of today is Afriprud of 2, 3 year ago. Same pattern. They're both doing almost the same EPS now.The profits will continue to roll in but not on the same scale. The price will finally taper off around the same region as Afriprud. Then we'll have the same bumper to bumper scenario as with Okomu and Presco.
