But I thought you first claimed you have no chiefs who oversee such things? But in our case, the court/family oversee such matter.

BTW, I don't condone adultery, if a man/woman feels he/she can't deal with such thing nor trust his spouse anymore and feels he/she can't continue, then the marriage should be dissolved. I feel for the children who would lose their parents but one's happiness is the most important and as long as the children are still being cared/supported by both parents even after the annulment.
