quivah, they may have realized that you have two accounts, hence why they've refused to accept your appeal. I've had to appeal twice when my account newly opened, and never did it take more than two days for my appeal to be accepted. I never chatted with any of their reps. I simply include a well written note in addition to the requested documents. |

dustmalik:my dear this is my the case o.. I opened an account with my friend's name ..not my name, no way in hell they could have known it's me.. even if they do, I don't think this should pose any issue. |

Kazzonline87:bro, the bold is untrue. my appeal has been undergoing verification stage already before I decided to try to pay with my Card this morning..however this won't affect my appeal or make me appeal again since I wasnt using a different card . the only issue is, I won't be able to pay UNTIL I get verified. you can make appeal with the cards you used in making payments, you'd see them in the appeal page. |

dustmalik: What are the requested documents pls? |
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by dustmalik(m): 5:09pm On Mar 04, 2017 |
quivah:Oh, I see. Send them a mail telling them that you have things to purchase as soon as possible, and that their sluggishness in accepting your appeal is costing you money. In other words, make sure to sound firm and convincing. |

Stormyweather:Follow the instruction here: http://en.miui.com/a-232.html You might have to connect your device to a WiFi during d process in order to confirm the file you downloaded is the right file. That's what worked for me, anyway. |

Stormyweather:Create a new folder in your internal storage root as named (downloaded_rom), then move the downloaded file to d folder. Open your Updater app and click on the ‘…’ icon at the top-right corner, select ‘Choose update package’, and choose the ROM file you pasted in the ‘downloaded_rom’. Your updating should start afterwards. NB: You might need a WiFi 2 Likes |

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by 4llerbuntu(m): 7:17pm On Mar 04, 2017 |
Stormyweather: Go ahead if battery is above 70% Follow the instructions given to earlier that is the download_rom folder etc. First boot after the update takes between 5 to 20 minutes. After boot, do a factory reset. Then setup again. You sef will feel the difference 3 Likes 1 Share |
