move the obb and data folder to your memory card it should work

oh you mean you've extracted it? If so

then.. U'llsee 2 folders then fts 17.apk

the first one is 'data'
the second one is 'obb'
open it(the first folder which is data).. Copy the folder inside and paste it to Sdcard/Android/data

after you've pasted it in ur data folder

navigate back to the folders u extracted..

Open the obb folder and copy the folder inside.. Go ahead and paste it into your Sdcard/Android/Obb folder.. After you've done all that.. Install your fts17 and run!

If you download in game, it may not be the modded version but could you screenshot the obb file in the folder you placed it?
