tbaba1234:sir you remember a team don't need to be physical to beat the Cameroons ...in fact they're gods in such style of play...a team needs to be skillful and technical to outsmart them...that's why I think they don't pose a threat to south American and European teams in international competitions...so we don't need to play a too physical football to beat them.. seriously I will love see this Kalu guy..and also Henry on the double header 1 Like |

tbaba1234:You proved my point with the bolded. Why do you want a player that is just coming from injury? Why do you want a player that has not gotten his chances? It's not good logic to say Adi would not make the first team of Wolfsburg when Osimhen has not made it either. But then use the same criterion to justify Victor's call-up. Life is about opportunities. If Victor didn't go to the U17, he would still be in an obscure academy in Nigeria. That he was lucky does not mean he is better than the home-based players. If these same players I am starting to watch in the NPFL get the same opportunities, they would blow in European teams. You and I know Nwobodo, but he's still in Nigeria despite all his potential. Does it mean Silvester Igboun is better than him? I don't like to hear it when people imply that local players can't shine the shoes of their foreign counterparts because they have not left the shores of the Nigeria. It's just untrue. 6 Likes |

ADO Den Haag Starlet Ebuehi : I Do Not Know Nigerian National Anthem Published: March 05, 2017 ADO Den Haag right wing-back Tyronne Ebuehi has eighteen more days to learn how to sing the Nigerian National Anthem before a potential debut against Senegal. The defender has pleasantly surprised to check his mailbox last week and there was an invitation from the Nigeria Football Federation to travel for matches against Senegal and Burkina Faso in London. Ebuehi was first called up to the national team last October for the World Cup qualifier against Algeria but he turned down the invitation so as to establish himself in the first team squad of ADO Den Haag and has been in contact with coach Rohr. “Four years ago I played for an amateur club and now I’m invited to the national team, ” said Ebuehi to omroepwest.nl. “That of course always gives some confidence. But you have to prove yourself. Now the call-up has finally come officially. That’s a nice reward. “ "I don’t know the national anthem. I still have to practice it, but that should be fine.” The 21-year-old Ebuehi played for the youth teams of DSOV, SV Hoofddorp, Young Boys and HFC EDO before signing his first professional contract with ADO Den Haag in May 2014. http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=22266 1 Like |

joseph1013:Thank you Joseph1013. It is totally wrong to believe that every Nigerian is a cheat, especially footballers. If I post the pictures of our last born who is still 16yrs old preparing for his SSCE. Non of you will believe he is less than 20yrs old. I look 5 to 10yrs older than my age, if you happen to see me face to face, you won't believe my age. Yes we had serious issues concerning age declaration in the past, but efforts are made by authorities concerned to check these exceses. 4 Likes |

joseph1013: You make some valid points. I believe that a player who has spent 5 years in the Nigerian league is not good enough. Osimhen was bought straight into the first team of Wolfburg, not even Kelechi did that. Rohr has seen hm train with the national team before and is aware of his quality. 1 Like |

Humility017: That one is between him and his parents. Guess they didn't see it as important for him to also have a Nigerian passport. The process is not long but it is a process, the NFF is not immigration and cannot dole out passports at will. It should not take more than a couple weeks for him to get his passport but I am not sure if he will have to be in Abuja to recieve it. 1 Like |

tbaba1234: The trouble arises when you don't have too many quality players competing for the same position is that our comparison is restricted to his national competitors. Such as Onazi, Ogu, etc. We then put too much expectations on his very young in the game shoulders. I would judge progression by comparing him to top players in that position such as Kante, Mikel, Diarra, Wanyama, Alonso , etc, etc. Ndidi is doing good but he has a lot to learn. I saw good things and bad things, he will improve hopefully he is still a work in progress. In this last game I wolsey he was far from exceptional. I haven't seen Onazi play recently but if he has maintained his standards or improved I will rate him for now better than Ndidi. 1 Like |

Much Ado About Nothing : It Will Take ONLY Three Days For Bazee To Obtain Passport, Rohr To Help Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has promised Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee that he will fast-track his application for a Nigerian passport which will pave the way for the Hannover striker to represent the national team. According to reports in the German media, Rohr has informed Bazee’s intermediary Nadir Kama that he will assist with all necessary formalities for him to obtain the important document. Allnigeriasoccer.com’s checks at the Nigerian embassy in Germany revealed that it will take the officials only three days to issue a passport to Noah Bazee. Though born in Stadthagen to a German mother and raised in the European nation, the 20-year-old is a bonafide citizen of Nigeria through his father. The young striker has no caps for the German national teams and does not need Fifa’s approval before making an appearance for the Super Eagles. http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=22271 2 Likes

edi287:Don't make it look like a goal in the EPL IS EQUAL TO 5 GOALs IN THE NPFL, OR MLS. A goal is goal any where. Odion Ighalo scored many goals both in the Championship and in the EPL, BUT HOW MANY HAS HE SCORED FOR THE super Eagles? Same with Ideye. Scoring goals consistently in MLS is something very special and commendable too. Dike Played in the MLS and for the fews times he played for the Super Eagles, he played well to our admiration. I can't just for get his performance againt Italy in a friendly game. MLS is by far better and copetitive than Nigerian League, if not the whole of African Leagues. Adi has scored more goals in his two seasons in the MLS, a fit which non of our present Super Eagles Strikers have achieved ''consistently wise'' Also we have some Nigerian Forwards doing good in the Egyptian League, let alone in the NPFL who if given the chance will add some thing to the Super Eagles. The problem we Nigerians have is that as far as the person is not playing in England, Spain, Italy, France he is not good. We easily forget that football is a game of opportunity. Someone might be that good but if he has not got that opportunity to play abroad he better stay put where he is needed. That in itself does't mean such a person does'nt have something better to offer. We have players even in Nigerian League whom if given the chance can increase the digits for us. Give them the chance. 1 Like |

edi287:And the best according to you that were invited, what did they produce? You believed the crap that was said right? That Adi and Samuel where hurrible in training and you believed? You can believe any crap. Am sorry bro. Adi and Samuel where dropped for reasons known best to Siasia and his backroom staff peried. If the due were hurrible what then can we say about Aminu Umar? Besides, how many goals has Aaron Samuel and Odion Ighalo scored for the Super Eagles, not forgetting the minutes both have enjoyed with the national team. Do not just assume, invite him and give him the chance. If he fails then we ignore him. |

terzurum5: Been silent here for a while but your comment got my attention. Its quite embarrassing and disgusting how Nigerians like branding almost all African footballers as age cheats simply because they look older than their age. I believe there are some genes we blacks have that make us look older than our age unlike our white counterparts. Take a look at the likes of Diego Costa,Radamal Falcao,Phil Jones.. They look older than their age but everybody believes their age simply because they ate whites. Gianlugi Donnarunma turned 19 last week and I couldn't believe it!! Am not saying Africans don't fake their ages but it gets disgusting when we assume that all Africans do that. .. 4 Likes |

edi287:Give us stats Aaron Samuel was playing in China before had his debut. He actually impressed me. If not for the injuries that have taken a good part of his game, he would be some where else by now. Adi plays in MLS which is much more competitive than the Chinese Super League. So how is Aaron Better than Ad. Please give us stats to back up your claim. |

tbaba1234:Let Osimhen break into the First team first. I mean he should play a couple of games for Wolfsburg first before we can assess him. For now he is considered based on sentiment. Yes Adi can break into the First team of Wolfsburg. You believe becoming the Highest goal scorer in the MLS is that simple? 1 Like |
