Mikel Agu was invited by siasia to camp. Siasia preferred Azubuike in midfield that's why he wanted to push Agu to pair Ekong in defence.
http://africanfootball.com/news/634872/Porto-ace-Mikel-Agu-bashes-position-Siasia-played-him-for-Olympic-team

I still maintain, Azubuike is better than Onazi and Ndidi in keeping possession. He's like a quarter back who sets his team up to dominate possession. He orchestrates the midfield admirably well.
I don't want to believe you're singling him out to blame for the teams losses in the friendlies. Its well established that Awoniyi, Emmanuel Daniel and other experimental players Siasia pushed out were culpable for the teams poor run in friendlies.
Siasia preferred Azubuike over Mikel Agu or his possession play doesn't make him a better Player than Onazi or Ndidi.

What do you think about the subsequent games he played at rhetoric Olympics?
That first game was as wild as they come. The problems the team had prior to the game is well established.

Azubuike is a good player and would probably play for the Super Eagles but for now, there are many ahead of him.

Am not saying he's the better player than Onazi and Ndidi. Am just saying he has a particular skill set other players lined up by Rohr do not have. Since Mikel is not available, we don't have any midfielder better than Azubuike in recycling possession.
I beg not to be misunderstood.

I agree these players mentioned are at the top of their game, however Azubuike is talented enough to mix up with the big boys. He possess a skill set these other guys do not.
Do u think talent or skill is d answered to progress in football.Azubuike getting d skill than Onazi and Ndidi doesn't make a better player than d duo.

This was d mistake Real Madrid make by selling Makelele coz they believe he lacked d talent and skills as a player.

I think some of these players need to launder their image enough. They are not pulling enough strings in the media. See the case of Ogu the last time. Most Nigerians think you count when you play in the EPL or mainstream europe. As far as Nigerian football is concerned, media & the nff connection play a big role in players invitation.
Also, team cohesion is very important. We need to call up at most threee new player at a time so as to build up strong chemistry in the team. With that we are good to go.

Onyekuru Assist for Sylla

He has the making of a world class player, the assist was the real. Thumbs up to him

If he keeps up churning out these kind of performances weekly, I am quite certain a better club will snap him up in the summer not Celtic grin

And the best according to you that were invited, what did they produce?

You believed the crap that was said right? That Adi and Samuel where hurrible in training and you believed? You can believe any crap. Am sorry bro. Adi and Samuel where dropped for reasons known best to Siasia and his backroom staff peried.

If the due were hurrible what then can we say about Aminu Umar?

Besides, how many goals has Aaron Samuel and Odion Ighalo scored for the Super Eagles, not forgetting the minutes both have enjoyed with the national team.

Do not just assume, invite him and give him the chance. If he fails then we ignore him.

I am with edi287 on the fact that Adi and Samuel could not cope with the drills in camp. The reports earlier from the camp said this before the coach confirmed it.

I think Osimhen and Isaac Success got called up to get a closer look by the coach, more like Osimhen. I think Rohr set his sight on the future of the Super Eagles. He sees Osimhen and Success as a big part of the Super Eagles future. Just like Awaziem.

Let Osimhen break into the First team first. I mean he should play a couple of games for Wolfsburg first before we can assess him. For now he is considered based on sentiment.

Yes Adi can break into the First team of Wolfsburg. You believe becoming the Highest goal scorer in the MLS is that simple?

Some times, the National team help the players break into their club's first team. The clubs must not do everything for us. If Rohr sees a bright future in Osimhen, helping the young man break into the Wolfsburg team deserves commendation.

Bazee Eagles Latest “Oyibo” – Name Is Spelt & Pronounced Wrongly, State Of Origin Revealed

image
The name of Super Eagles newbie Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee is more like a nickname which has somehow overshadowed his real name, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

20 year old Sarenren Bazee who plays for Hannover 96, is set to make his debut for the senior national team of Nigeria following his inclusion in the list of players called up for the upcoming test games in March.

His name Sarenren Bazee is actually not the actual way of spelling or pronouncing it, but became so as his German friends failed to pronounce or write his name currently.

The real name is Osarenren Obazee and not Sarenren Bazee as it is been spelt and pronounced globally. The name is synonymous with people of Edo State in Nigeria.

Furthermore contrary to wide spread reports about the state in Nigeria his father hails from, Owngoalnigeria.com gathered that his father is from Edo state and not Bayelsa State as earlier reported.

A bigger club does not necessarily mean it is the ideal place for players development. Ask Adel Taraabt about his stay at Tottenham.

Onyekuru is the truth.
I think he should move to France or Spain.. somewhere he can establish more and express himself.
He could also do well in England.. He has speed and plays with his head, unlike Musa.

Adi is a pure number 9.. All he needs to do is get the ball in goal. you don't have to be classy about it..
He put's the necessary effort.. Nothing extra. What is a number 9 for? We are looking for a number 9. Try him, as long as he has the confidence to score consistently.

edi287:

What stats?? So you think because Adi is scoring in the MLS which Bradley Wright Phillips scored 31 goals means he's better than Kayode and Aaron Samuel?? I've watched Adi and he's nothing special. I know Aaron Samuel is a better than he is. Dude will probably be another Peter Ijeh if we invited him.

same here!

I think Success and Joel Obi need to move to other leagues.
Players prone to injury should not opt for physical leagues like EPL and Serie A. At least it reduces the incidences.

Those leagues are demanding and the defenders have a thing for rash tackles. I would like to see both players playing at the top level once again, recurring injuries have really stunted their growth, I feel for them.
