TheGoodJoe: People keep telling me i'm wrong but i feel celtic are responsible for the downfall of Efe Ambrose. We should not send another Nigerian there at least when other better offers are on the table. 1 Like |

maidaboi:yes ooo..that guy is quality. having so much quality players is a good thing and has more advantages than disadvantages... his success with Nigeria national team will swiftly make others to have a rethink of committing their allegiance to Nigeria I hope we go for Tammy, and Aina as well |

Joebie:All I'm saying is based on what I've seen from him, he doesn't bring anything that we don't get from Ighalo and Ideye. We have Nacho who can play as a 9 as well. |

tbaba1234:that's Nigeria league for you...consistency is their problem. perhaps enyimba and let's say kano pillars have been the few consistent clubs...still remember ocean boys who once won the league... had been relegated |

goldfish80: Chikeluba Ofoedu. Great talent. I was disappointed he was not invited to the 2011 Flying Eagles camp that had Ahmed Musa, Abdul Ajagun, Olanrewaju Kayode, Uche Nwofor, and co. But Chikeluba's career has not progressed as expected. He, IMO is not a Super Eagles material for now. |

goldfish80: Azubuike, is a young talented player. He is still 19. IMO he is doing great 'for his age'. However, I would not consider him ready for the Super Eagles yet. Let him keep playing and hopefully move to a more competitive league or division and then we re-evaluate his chances. |

tbaba1234: Was this guy born in Germany? Hmmm he kinda looks older than his age. Na joke o... I no mean o.... I am kinda excited about this guy. Something tells me he has a future with the team. The kind of feeling/excitement I dnt have for Ebuehi and Onyekuru. 1 Like |

tbaba1234: Na wa ooooooo. Na so we snub Imoh Ezekiel so teeeeey the boy boy kuku ma follow money. Now, the same thing is about to play out. When will we start rewarding hard works? Onyekuru, Aluko and Raheem deserves to be called with immediate effect. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Icon4s(m): 9:08am On Mar 06, 2017 |
forgiveness: Forget about all these fraud allegations and lets discuss objectively. I whole heartedly stand by TheGoodjoe on this. But I still feel Osimhen needs to get his game started in his club for us fans and analysts to fully assess his readiness. Rohr may have been pleased with his performance in training the last time out which could be y he is giving him another look-in opportunity. We were not there at the training grounds with them, So what do I know? 1 Like |

forgiveness: Does the Imoh Ezekiel u saw at Rio look like a player that can command a place in the current Super Eagles forwards line? Imoh Ezekiel initially snubbed Nigeria by refusing to play with the 2011 Flying Eagles. Nobody is saying Onyekuru is not good but he is a surplus requirement to the position he would play for the Super Eagles for now. The wings are where we have the most abundance of quality players. For Musa and Simon not to be in first 11, that tells the story. Aluko is not even invited. Rohr may have picked Success ahead of Aluko and Onyekuru. Success cannot even be a starter yet. Onyekuru is still young. His time will come IF he continues to improve. |

Icon4s: Haba! Forget wetin! Bros, we can't just sweep that matter under carpet, na. Siasia claimed Adi and Samuel didn't perform in training. You and I know it is big fat lie. Siasia wanted to promote em boys. Chikena! |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by goldfish80(m): 9:17am On Mar 06, 2017 |
Icon4s:Am not touting him to be invited. I talked about him in the context of having a world class talent playing in a backwater league in Europe. His problem was that he left for Europe too early. I know for sure he would have made the keshi CHAN team of 2014 and probably played a few friendlies before the world cup. He just would have given himself a better chance of securing a good deal with a good European side and take it off from there. We were taking about Mbappe the other time, but Chikeluba is equally as talented if not better. If anyone thinks am kidding, they should watch the video the posted. Am making a case about Okechukwu because from the midfielders Rohr called up, all of them are basically more of the same. I would have loved to see K. Nwakali, Mikel Agu or Okechukwu. Forget about where okechukwu plays, even is very good. |

Icon4s: Of course, Imoh Ezekiel I saw was better than Iwobi, Simon Moses and Isaac Success on the wing. Habi, you know see am? Musa didn't perform to deserve a call-up. He needs to prove himself. National team no be em Papa property. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Icon4s(m): 9:26am On Mar 06, 2017 |
forgiveness: There were reports that Adi, Samuel and Chikatara limped out of the training ground. That was the report we got. We did not get any report that it was a big fat lie. None of the strikers called for that Egypt clash was among the "Siasia boys". Ighalo and Iheanacho that made the final match day squads were they Siasia's boys? 1 Like |

Icon4s: Bros, the Ahmed Musa I followed from the NFL to the Eredivisie, Russian League, U20 and the world cup is different from the one I am seeing in the Premier League E bi like say, he lost confidence. So, he needs to prove himself for us to know he has not expired. |

forgiveness: Even in his current state/form. He still has a lot to offer. Na make we discard him and invite Onyekuru u want abi? Make Onyekuru go play for a team like Leicester first make we see as e go be for am. |

Icon4s: Did I sound like I am joking? I repeat the Ezekiel Imoh I saw on the LW was better than Iwobi, Simon and Isaac. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Icon4s(m): 9:41am On Mar 06, 2017 |
forgiveness: Ighalo was Nigeria's hottest striker as at that time. So it was a no brainer that he would start. I read a couple of them like Adi and Chikatara limped out. 2 Likes |

Icon4s: I have issues with Henry's character and discipline but there are no questions about his talent. His numbers are better than most players invited, I don't think he was snubbed for football reasons. |
