Watched the video again and again and I just can't help but wonder why Tboss didn't tell him to stop, if she didn't give him her consent to 'finger' her.

From the vid, she clearly saw what he was doing, and turned away. A gentle "Kemen, stop this" would have saved a whole lot of headache. grin

Bro, if we continue this conversation those zombies of hers will come here and start screaming "rapists" at the top of their lungs.

I just know that not everyone is stupid. We all can read through the lines cool

I typed a long epistle concering the Tboss and Kemen saga but then it wiped of before I could post it. No need to bother because if Kemen the neanderthal couldn't see anything wrong with his actions; calling it a misconception even after several warnings from Big brother, then there's no epistle long enough to sway his supporters who I'm f<cking amazed are bold enough to defend him with their illogical reason that Tboss should have slapped or shouted at him. For f>cks sake, people react differently ok? It did not f>cking occur to her to slap so she removed his hand and turned the other side. E mean sey she no want o!! The last time Kemen tried to grope her, she cried. Cried! There's no laid down rule on how to react to stuff o. For all we know sef, she could have been groggy after the unexpected wake up call by Kemen. Sleep suppose still dey her eye so you dont expect her to be fully conscious.
Not when one is being molested sexually. Being groggy isn't the same as being drugged.

If she can cry when Kemen grope for her, I wonder why she didn't go bankai when Kemen digitally penetrate her.

Or, is groping now worse than digital penetration? Oh yea, she was groggy or befuddled with sleep.

Wait wha-?

Choi! Sly Vorpal, taking the wind out of my sails by distracting me with a bogus common ground and then slipping in the BS. Shrewd technique, you would argue well in court. But to paraphrase your words: I'm not so lacking in self-esteem that I would be unsuspecting of niceties either. We are still saying different things.
If you insist.

We, hyperventilating females, are hyperventilating on the issue of consent because it is still a valid point. It's the technicality upon which Kemen was disqualified. He touched a girl in her sleep without her consent: that is a real thing he did and it is criminal. He normally would be prosecuted for such behavior. If Kemen would behave like this in a house full of cameras, then he's a lot more dangerous in the outside world.

I agree

I get that you are not arguing for rape or blaming victims. But even in real life, if a woman acts like Tboss did, Kemen's actions would still amount to sexual assault because consent wasn't given. If he felt she was giving him the green light, why did he have to do it while she was asleep? If he thought she was awake, he would have snuggled up to her first, instead of doing those shady moves. It doesn't matter how much you think a woman has led you on, you cannot touch her in a condition where she isn't lucid, and think it is okay.

I agree, but answer me this, in real life situation, a woman acted that way, is she being smart or stupid?
Put together other factors, like his rapey statements, she also saying no as well undressing in front of him knowing full well his advances?

Would you advise your own daughter to act that way or be more firm and distant considering the factors stated above? No camera, no public opinion.

In your moral rectitude, do you see a woman exhibiting those traits of good moral repute?

If this were to happen in a real life situation and he assaulted her, she being not to blame, she not giving consent, and he is eventually punished. It cannot or should not be said that she allowed an environment for it to happen? And if she were to repeat such circumstances she is well within her right to do so?

Please do not answer those statements based on technicality but praticality.

The way some of you are supporting kemen is sickening. A guy was all over a sleeping woman and you people are saying she opened her boobs for all to see bla bla bla, for Christ sake she did that cos it was convenient to do so. As a woman, the worst mistake you'll make is to keep quiet when harrased sexually. This woman speak up about his advances and even embarrassed him before other HMS, why didn't he use his common sense? Kemen is a rapist and deserved to be disqualified. Anyone supporting him indirectly is a potential rapist. EOD

Don't you think their is a difference between Sexual harassment and a Rapist. One leads to the other but not totally the same.

Sexual Harassment yes
But his didn't lead to raping.
Guys should stop calling him a Rapist

Kemen had a moral failure which happened in an sexually charged atmosphere.
He failed i agree. Against the law. Ok.
We always cheer when we hear stuff like - "the fact you failed does not make you a failure "
My opinion is that we do not view him only through those lenses. He was a great housemate who brought 100% in all he did. I learnt that from him.
As we await his statement-i hope he acknowledges his inappropriate behavior, genuinely seeks help and move on. There's more to life than destroying one man for his failure.
Like Jesus said "he that is without sin cast the first stone".... meanwhile we don stone Kemen finish.
I jejely drop mine and tell Kemen - you got work to do bro on this. Real work to treat this behavior and mentality from the roots, lets get to this.

Come out stronger and never again to such behavior.

Lmao!

One was even arguing with me that a lady can sleep naked next to a guy and not want to have sex. Why in al that is good will a lady do that? Is it a taboo she sleeps with her clothes on next to the guy?

Or she sleeping in her own room all naked on her bed. Not that I excuse a dude making a move on her with out her consent. But the love of Christ why put yourself in such situation?

Common sense is not so common.

LOL. If that Big Brother had any atom of sense in that moronic voice of his. He would have questioned Tboss rigidly and even disqualified Kemen long before this whole episode started. Since they say she's been complaining about him, and he didn't want to comply.

Frankly, I don't follow the show in its entirety but from what I've seen so far, Kemen clearly doesn't have game and he is lame.

Emotional blackmail is a very potent weapon, especially in the hands of a woman. I believe Tboss should be aware that from now henceforth, guys in the house will be 'picky' when it has to do with getting 'close' to her. She's been branded already.
