Pls, help......my blackberry Q10 (SQN 100-3) is experiencing a very long delay before the whatsapp can open. It takes upto to 3 minutes before my whatsapp will respond.

What is the cause of the delay and what should I do to resolve this problem?

Hello good people. My whatsapp stopped working since last month so I downloaded another one for Android, although I didn't delete the old one that isn't working again. My problem now Is that my phone hangs, other apps closes or doesn't respond after opening, whatsapp doesn't open sometimes and if it does its hangs also I can't send pictures on whatsapp when it finally opens please help me. Thanks in Advance my good people.

We can't send pictures and Videos with the Android version of Whatsapp on BB10. Whatsapp blocked that functionality, apparently.

All you need to do is update the whatsapp on BlackBerry world and it will work fine till June 2017.

I send pictures with mine. There's a patch that you will have to install on your phone with Sachesi. Check here on NL and you will find the solution.

Whatsapp will cease to work on all BlackBerry os 10 devices by June 30th. Unless if there's another miracle like the way it was extended from December 2016 to end of June 2017...

After June, whatsapp app made specifically for BlackBerry 10 will be disabled by whatsapp BUT just like BlackBerry did with Skype, I expect they will enable the android version to work fully with BlackBerry 10 devices by uploading it to the BlackBerry world.

All you have to do is download it from BlackBerry world and it should uninstall the disabled one and you're back in business
