Custom offer is not an order and I suppose you can discuss with the buyer via inbox stating clearly that you cannot handle the job.

If the buyer had already created the order, kindly tell the fellow to CANCEL FROM HIS/HER END, accept the cancellation request. It does not affect you gig standing in anyway.

He did select one as you read from above and I combined three of the four colours (Tiffany Green, Black, White and Grey) he mentioned were in his website and which he liked.
Now I understand he wants me to try it on different backgrounds, which I would do and which mean some of the topography colours to will change but where I HAVE HEADACHE NOW IS WHERE HE MENTIONED FOR BUSINESS CARD. Does he expect me to mock up on a business card? I never sabi reach that one oh. I just got Illustrator yesterday and after I opened one of the works with PNG extension, the thing no come fine. So please tell me how to delight this my first client. I have asked him to put in the order.

a business card dimension should be 3.5x2in you can give it a bleed of 0.125in to be safe too

You will have to design a business card & then show the buyer how it would look using a mockup(realistic representation before print).

Tips on making a custom mockup for a buyer. Logo design should be in PNG format,download a suitable mockup template from www.freedesignresources.net.

Launch Photoshop & place(import)your logo design in there & edit other features as you like. Advisable to get accustomed to Photoshop for best user experience. Best regards

As long as you have Photoshop,Illustrator & InDesign by Adobe. You are good to go,here's British Graphic Designer i subscribed to his Youtube channel. This is just what you need,videos are free but you to pay a token for the exercise files he created.

A quick observation,bro,it's better to work in inches or mm for the business cards. 7inches is equal to 2100pixels meaning 1inch is 300pixels,that's what Illustrator gave when i did it. Place the business card dimensions in inches then change it to pixels you get the new dimensions.
