BabaArmani: I have replied your email. WES also comes recommended though it has been established on this forum that IQAS is faster. Used to take 10 business days once they have all the required documents but according to what I saw on their website today, it now takes 15 business days. You can get more information on https://www.alberta.ca/iqas.aspx |

Blizzle: You don't need to spend money on courier. Just register on hellofax.com and send the scanned copies of your documents to IQAS via the medium. They will acknowledge your application in a few days. Sequence: Apply online and pay for the ECA request, print and sign the ECA request form, print the "Request for Academic Records" which you will submit at your institution while applying for your transcript. 3 Likes |

[quote author=40manlappy post=51554405]@BabaArmani: OOU transcript now goes for 50k. You also have to pay 1k for Alumni. However, you can get Lautech transcript and evaluate the MBA alone, especially if it complements your nominated occupation. Yes the mba complements my NOC program which has to do with sales management... please can you PM orb how to get my certificate and transcript from Lautech asap... I did part time mba marketing from 2013/2014-2015/2016 session Regards. 1 Like |

hi see mail below from the 4 provvinces. they all sent me sonething like this: Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Project for Employers for Newfoundland and Labrador. Unfortunately we are unable to match potential international workers with local employers who are successful in receiving a designation. Under this Pilot Project, the Employers will be responsible for recruiting international workers for their businesses. We will however, have discussions with employers to determine if they are interested in reaching out to international workers who have expressed an interest in the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program. If there is an interest , communications on this process will be issued at a later date. During the interim, you can promote yourself to local employers by applying for employment at the following job bank site for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/job_search_results.do?pcd=NL&wid=pv&sort=D More specifically Health related jobs: http://www.health.gov.nl.ca/health/career/recruitandretention.html You can also find additional information about the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Project for Employers on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/atlantic/eligibility.asp We wish you much success in your job search for employment within Newfoundland and Labrador. Kathyjex: Bold step you've taken here by writing to them. My strategy however was to connect with professionals and potential employers on Facebook and Linkedin and build the relationship from there. I feel personal connections built from this platform can quickly translate to a job offer with a good background in work experience and education. 3 Likes 1 Share |

@Atlantic Immigration Pilot It would be nice to know the following: -If existing EE profiles would be used for the application. -If CRS scores would be a factor in the selection. -The kind of jobs that are in demand in those provinces. It seems that IT-jobs are more in demand in NB, NS and PEI provinces compared to other professions. -It also appears that finance-related jobs are not much in demand in the aforementioned provinces. May the required CRS scores stay low like this till June ending Looping: dannio, Kathyjex, buemene |

vickyhail: By the time you read this forum and other Canada related forums, you will observe you know more about the process than many of them. If at all, you wanna use an. Agent, it has to be approved and credible one, because many of them are just hungry fraudulent Indians. Also another reason you might wanna justify using an agent is if you are working full time on a busy job that earns you so much that you can't afford to spend time online for quality research. If that's not your case, biko don't be lazy ooh, You are welcome to join us here. All the best! 3 Likes |

40manlappy: Bro, let me first inform you that the scheme is made to actually help employers in that region to be able to easily apply PR for their staffs. The reality is that the streams will therefore suit applicants like outlanders with valid job offers, foreign Canadian students on open work permits, or holiday work permits or maybe even those present as visitors in Canada whose services might be needed by certain employers. And the fact that an LMIA isn't needed other than Job offer makes it advantageous to both the employer and the potential employee. Lastly, from what I read the employees will have to meet certain requirements to be able to partake in this scheme. In summary, getting the job offer in those provinces is the KOKO!! 2 Likes |

But what happens when IQAS or WES intends to verify - which they obviously do? They will send photocopies of the scanned documents you faxed to them back to your school via mail. Now, speed of delivery is another matter. How fast will it return to them is another factor. And I don't think your school in Nigeria will post to them - the verification - free of charge. 40manlappy: |

Ambidextrause: Why worry yourself do your part and leave IQAS/WES to do their part.Provided you avail them with the all that is required and it is geniune you will have your evaluation result. 1 Like |

esosa4real: Application has begun yet some of these concerns doesn't seem to have been addressed properly. Like 40Man rightly raised above. Actually performing the real application I think will reveal most of the 'not so clear' requirements to qualify for the scheme. 1 Like |

Hi. Pls can any one refer an efficient immigration lawyer in any of these provinces that can help one secure a job in these desired work streams needed in this provinces such as IT in new brunswick. its worth using a lawyer even if its for just this phase alone of getting a valid job offer.Looking at the POF requirement for this AIPP the reduction is so much compared to POF requirement in EE. Cashing in on the POF reduction is another major incentive this program offers, using an immigration lawyer that's based there and knows the relative AIPP employers won't be a bad idea rather than going on a wild goose chase while the inlanders are swiftly filling in the 2000 allocated slots. 1 Like 1 Share |

Please we need more information about this. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/atlantic/index.asp Any one with information can help us understand more... Thanks |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by egariyi(f): 12:43pm On Mar 08, 2017 |
jamesgordon: The summary is that you will need to secure an offer of employment from a possible employer in any of the Atlantic provinces to be able to apply for this. The major hurdle to applying is the possibility of securing an offer in addition to other less requirement (pof, english, experience etc). |
