decided to use 9inches block for the outer perimeter walls, and a 6inches block for inner walls partition. This is to reduce load on the deck and cost effectiveness.

Is it proper to share the actual structural drawing and location on a public forum? I think that's grossly insensitive and a serious abuse of trust. Exception is unless you actually own the building and don't plan to sell it.

a tone of 16mm consist of 52 lengths
in all we have used about 8 ton of 12mm, and 5 ton of 16mm.
40 length of 10mm rod was used to the ring beam for the decking and 90 dozen of rings .
