You aren't satisfied with your profession at all that you had to imagine your self as a Doctor just so that you'll have some inner satisfaction. I know you've always wanted to be a Doctor, but for some reasons you never got to be one, so all you can do is just imagine yourself as one. You are the only Doctor I know with an imaginary medical certificate.
