My total money available for withdrawal($87) was cleared through Paypal.
I checked to see the Paypal email used to withdraw from my account and it is showing something like j*****e@gmail.
Am I not supposed to be able to see the email clearly?
I have contacted CS and awaiting their response.
Please house, is it possible to reverse such transaction?
Note: I have never withdrawn from the account before and the money was still in my account about 6 hours ago.
Also, I only use my personal system for fiverr and no other person uses it.

Sorry bro, your money is gone. Fiverr will tell u dat theres nothing they can do abt it.

But i guess it can only happen 2u if u hav shared your email with one of ur buyers on fiverr. Or u cklicked a link, or downloaded an attachment. Try to remember, its one of those 3mistakes u made.

Got my first gig on my UK Upwork account yesterday. I delivered the gig yesterday and the client commented that his publisher loved it...The proofreading was well done and in time

Well, my trouble right now is that I got a read from Upwork saying I need to confirm my identity by doing a video call and providing some documents...Obviously, I can't do all these, since, I'm still a Nigerian with a virtual UK citizenship

I'm to collect about $70 for the gig. I'm yet to receive any info about payment.

Do you advise I redirect the client to an external payment platform off Upwork or what can be done here?

Well, I did not share my email with anyone.

I can remember clicking a link but my antivirus did not even allow the page to load so I closed it immediately.

I do download a lot of things but my antivirus always blocks anything that looks like a virus.

I recently installed and used ocommunity-a software that will log in to facebook and post to facebook groups.
Can that also be my mistake?
I seriously want to know the cause so I can prevent a similar incidence because I still have some funds pending clearance.

Only log in to your fiverr account with your phone browser or App. Then use laptop to do the work and send the file to your phone for delivering.

Also try to clear both download, browsing history and cache of your browser everyday. Like me, I clear two times a day.

Is your account foreign or Nigeria?
if it's foreign this solution might not be too possible since VPN on phone consume battery alot but if it's Nigeria you can secure your account with it.

I thought of doing that but decided to wait till I get a response from CS.

Something is still not clear to me about this issue; Fiverr claims withdrawals will be disabled for security reasons for 24 hours on a first withdrawal. That was the first withdrawal and I don't know why they completed it in less than 6 hours. I logged in 6 hours after my last login and there was no notification as at that time that I initiated a withdrawal.
6 hours later, there was a notification for initiating a withdrawal and another notification for a successful withdrawal. I'm confused.

Please tell me, did Fiverr complete your first withdrawal in less than 24 hours?
