Whether you like it or not the OP is making a lot of sense. If you pick 10 married men in Nigeria I can assure you that 9 out of them will cheat at one point in the marriage. This is not to say there won't be that one that won't. 9 out of 10 is 90 percent and this is a very high proportion. Not to condone cheating but if all women left their cheating husband only 10 percent of families will be together. That is 1 out of 10. I decided to write this article as a result of the argument that erupted from my comment on the Tonto dike's failed marriage brouhaha thread.
Before I actually write on the topic gangan, Allow me to quickly share a real life story with you.
There is a grandpa. A rich grandpa, happily married to a beautiful woman with 7 very successful kids.
The wife of this grandpa is a very strict and prayerful woman who believes that being strict and prayerful helps you keep other women away from your husband. She has been successful and victorious so far. They have never had a cheating scandal in 50 years of their marriage(or,so she thinks).
Recently, the grandpa called his first son(prolly because he knows he is close to his grave) and narrated the story of how he got another woman pregnant and the woman gave birth to the child with an oath that she won't ever bring the child to disrupt his marital home.He has actually been feeding and financing thd child without the knowledge of any member of his family. He said he told his son so that they could know that they have a sibling out there somewhere and bring him home after his death. He also asked the son to promise not to tell his mother or any of his siblings the secret.
So, Faithful Grandpa with a perfect marriage(In people's mind)actually has a son ouside marriage and his wife of over 50 years of marriage doesn't know. She thinks that she was successful in her quest for a hundred percent faithful man. She is the type that throws jab at other women with problems in their marriages and tell them to come to her and ask her how she did it, how her prayers, strictness and everything weren't in vain afterall.
She still hasn't found out, right. I wonder what her reaction will be the day she finally finds out that her 'faithful' husband has not been faithful afterall.
Now to the koko oro..
It pains me when i see my fellow women bragging about how they cannot stay with a man that is not contented with staying faithful to only them for the rest of his life. They say they will leave the man, that there are plenty more men still out there in the world... "No time to check time".. LOL.
You think that every 'perfect' marriage that you see, that you envy, that you hope for has been able to stand gidigba without sacrifices??
You think that because Joke Silva and Olu Jacobs do not come out to wash their dirty linen in public, they haven't had their own shares of marriage trouble??
See, It takes a very very very patient and enduring woman to stay in any marriage.

I still think unfaithfulness in marraiges still boils down to self discipline in our men.
Most times our young men's growth pattern moulds and determine who they really will be when they start the journey of marraige.
I have a friend who's not married but has a faithful girl who loves and adore him so much, but the simple problem is he can't stay a week without penetrating a lady's hole. The girl friend has caught him times without number but she kept telling me "I just can't let him go".
Looking critically at my friend's case:
1.he shouldn't be surprised if these set of girls fucking him right now kept coming back after he must have gotten married to his wife.
2.He shouldn't also be surprised if he discovers one or two of his side chicks suddenly shows up with a child which he will have to accept responsibility if truly he rocks the mother's Hot-pot
3.He should be ready for possible blackmail later in the future if paradventure he's so rich to contest for political office.
4.My guy should know that SEXual experience with ladies sticks in their memories especially if you've got "weapon of mass destruction" kind of joystick (I.e really big and you know how to slap it)
Finally to my guys out there, every sexually active man will love to have 5 super juicy Hot-pot opened before him but there are always PAINFUL consequence later in the future when you would have retired from fuckery and that dirty past will continue to be a regretful experience.

1. If OP's assertions are true, then who are those females that aid the process of cheating. Like they say, it takes two to tango?

1. If OP's assertions are true, then who are those females that aid the process of cheating. Like they say, it takes two to tango?
2. And then if u romped another woman's husband whether knowingly or unknowingly.. Then do u really have the moral basis to complain when same is meted out to you consciously or unconsciously?
The truth is men do not self-fornicate or engage in mono-adultery. Most time, there are willing ladies (whether hoes or the so called good girls) who indulge the menfolk. I think this is what most ladies fail to understand. |
