we are not realy at war...

lets be honest,if boko confront our army face to face, boko would be annialated....facts...

incase of general mobilization nigeria can mobilize a army of 5million.......facts....

we can beat and conquer south africa easily.....

at the end of the biafran war,we had 1million men at arms...you people shouldnt forget that...

biafra couldnt win...never had a chance...

people always talk about the starvation tactic...never seeing the rational behind it...
una prefer massacker?..

Why all the talk about Biafra.... Are you sick or what....and why do you think I'm biafra..... Your assumptions will cause you issues. My comment is that Nigeria is densely populated but has a small number of soldiers....... This is simple maths....you brag how they will deal with BH..... So what's the story different? Why would BH go face to face with NA if they have a better alternative.

With our resources we can have and maintain a million standing soldiers...... This should be our target and not some hundreds of soldiers scarcely attending to demand. While you are busy insulting other Nigerian regions the world is preparing for tomorrow..... Be wise! Talk wisely if you are..... Help foster unity and stop being foolish and childish with serious matter. angry angry angry

Haha!
Is this how you normally prove a point?
Without source or pointing to studies or at least give your experience in using any gun them either as a military man or gangster or at least street guy?

I gave you links, studies and outcomes, u still feel your knowledge is superior without backings?

Ok o. I wait till you do the right thing by showing research and or evidence of your conclusion.

On riffles, I'll let henry240 and Odunayaw judge.

Nigerian Special Forces however use Beryl instead of AK.

Woah!, i thought that they use AK shocked, just searched out the beryl and found out that it's very similar to the russian rifle.... Even though personally i prefer the P90 (b'cos of COD those days grin grin grin)..... Based on the OP rating of the Nigerian army, Do you think we stand a chance on the global war scale

Nigeria defence budget is $2bn+ not $5.7bn
its not even up to $2b, its around $1.8b, less than N600billion

DSS uses P90, FN-2000 and Tavor. Nigerian Navy SBS uses Tavor.

Lol. That's Nigeria for you. DSS is Nigeria primary intelligence agency. FBI equivalent hence reason why her troopers are well equipped.

We spend 0.4% of our GDP on defence which is too small to equip our military. Algeria and Egypt spend more than we do on defense hence reason for the nice military jets, hardware etc they've got.
