We cant also easily forget the story of the COZA pastor and Ese and how his higher level og grace was enough to cover the multitude of sexual sins they committed in a london hotel room or Rev king turning hiss flocks to slaves and having some for his sexual fantasies. He even burnt some of them. The list can go on and on and on and as a christian from the orthodox anglican church,i feel embarrassed seeing this kind of news. Pentecostal pastors live like demi-gods,fly private jets,dress like rock stars,speak in phoney accents and are even competing in show-offs in the social media with celebrities. People like that COZA dude keeps showing up pix of his new cars. This is wrong. This is not the kind of life christ lived and the pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria needs to do more to rein some of these so called Men of God in. I am proudly an anglican and i dont think i have heard any salacious story on any top echelon member of my church hierachy in Nigeria. Same goes to other orthodox churches.
So i implore the PFN to do more because most of these guys opening churches here and here are mere con men and yahoo yahoo boys.

You made a lot of sense. Pentecostals have killed the essence of christianity. Anyone looking for true spiritual advancement, should think a 1000 times before heading to any pentecostal church. Most of them are confused.

It pains me that the beauty of Christ and christianity is getting lost because of these people. Is Christianity living its last days?

Dont get it twisted guys. God is not interested if you are a Catholic, Methodist, Pentecostal, Anglican etc. His interest is your personal relationship with Him. If you ask an ''average Christian'' if he/she is born again, the answer is yes but how does he/she knows that he is born-again? God can fire you as a minister of the gospel but allows you to still be on the pulpit. (The case of Saul as King). The Body of Christ is grappling with infiltrations as Prophecied in the Bible of the end-time church.
Our concern should not be the Man of God but the God of the Man. Man would always be man but God is God. Work out YOUR SALVATION (not the salvation of men/persons but your own) with fear and trembling. Lets stop looking at men but start looking at God and have a personal relationship with Him.

This, unfortunately, happens frequently in the U.S. with many Christian denominations.
I'm sure the other religions have their issues as well.

The Op is just myopic. Men of God in Nigeria are different from each other. As long as u are a man of God, your battle is not with the physical but the spiritual. It's a battle between darkness n light. some will fall, some will be defamed but not all are guilty of the accusations levelled against them. Grace differs.
