There is recession in the country, goods and services are so expensive in the market, our salary is just a stipend that should not be delayed but must be paid as early as possible. somebody dat kws someone in ministry of finance told my hubby dat d governor ask them to also prepare d list of does owned arrears separately and bring to him but does thief ppl na went to combine it wit d monthly wage bill so d money became higher Dan expected.dis na made d governor not to sign for approval and dat dey shld go and do wat he instructed dem to do b4 he traveled. but he is back now and will sign as soon as dey finish with it.
