As far back as when this site was setup names of owners were clearly displayed.


This is a link of a nairaland page when the site was created. Just read through and see people commenting that it was not good that people's name were being displayed. And Lagos state government started hiding the names after a few days later back then but still yetif you check the source code the names were just commented and not truly hidden until yesterday when they totally removed it.

Your plate number is your personal property. That's the way it is since 5 years ago. If you sell a car, you have to remove the plate number because the plate number is registered to you and not to the car. So the case of him selling it is a lie.
