Yes.
The monthly limit is $100.
If you want to use another person's ATM make sure the person has these items for when you have to appeal:
- Government issued ID card (eg voter's card, international passport, driver's license, etc)
- Recent statement of account of the account ( you can get it from internet banking)
- Picture of the ATM card itself (front and back)
You can cover the numbers in the middle for security purposes.

, you don't know Xaomi, there is already a Redmi note 4 4gig ram version rumoured to be released tomorrow, that's why there is already price drop for some models, if I wanted to place an order, I would just wait for further price crash.

From the rumour mills if the redmi pro 2 eventually comes with a snapdragon 660 processor, plus the 4500mah battery, then indeed we have a true killer here, might outsell the redmi note 3 pro. The screen is looking like 5.7-6 inch to me, if that's the case then am sold out.
