I think your phone has virus or you may have to do a hard rest where you clear everything on the phone, it happened to my Samsung once and when i cleared it became fine

Then worry not, whoever is with it Will have to flash it.

I have actually cleared everything on the phone twice and I have premium avast antivirus and I have scanned the device numerous times but it has never discovered any virus attack.

Depends on the phone, you will have to google it, most hard resets are done while the phone is switched off, just google it you will see it, pls back up before doing that

if your download path is external SD card then it's possible that your address card is bad. Download to internal storage and see
