Yes you can use your uncle even if you don't bear same name. I used my uncertain and we don't bear same name....you just need to collect letter of sponsor from him and then from his bank stating that he can sponsor you during your time of study in Australia

No I didnt. I was just very fortunate. If you have enough money and susbstantial work experience il advice you apply for pr in your relevant proffession. There are a lot of benefits when one has pr, which even extends to studying in Australia

I am contemplating Australia as my next destination having been denied visa to Canada twice in the past and one of the questions that bothers me is the issue of disclosure.

I just want to ask if it is important to disclose that I was rejected to Canadian visa twice, will it affect my chances of getting an Australian visa? Also the reasons for rejection were insufficient financial capacity in the first, and misrepresentation by an agent in the second.

Help would be much appreciated.

am in a similar situation with u...i am with a little money i saved...i was advised to enroll at tafe for a certificate,that it after i complete i would stand of a chance of getting a PR...i am just 24 though...i have a bsc in comm tech and a diploma in geology...am like confused at the moment

I logged in my student visa sub-500 on 30th November 2016, medicals on 28th November 2016, teleperformance 1st Dec. 2016, up till now I am yet to get an update. my course has since commenced on the 27th feb. 2017.I feeling so bad now, my agent PFL don't seem to have any solution to my predicament.

bro...i just graduated...i have just 1.5 mill with me now...am at a crossroad now...i have a bsc in communications technology and a diploma in geology...and bro i saw both on that list...geology was there and different options of ict was there...i really dont know if that fund would be able to start a nice diploma course for like a year before subsequent semeseters

Look with your 1.5 million you will have to search for a school yourself using the link I have provided. Am not sure what tafe or colleges charge you do have to research yourself and work it out with you budget.

@Kingbukaz I think you are finding hard believing information from this thread but trust the information you get here is more legit than the one your agent who tell you. If you really keen in coming to Australia you need to start taking information from this thread serious and stop countering people who knows the information just to call on someone else to pass the right information

I think on your teleperformance, there are instruction on what to do shud. Something like this happens... they have a mail and also u can check back at the center to make further enquires and also write the school notifying them of the major hindrance and issues you are having.. it 2 to 6 weeks waiting period for viss to be issued. And pfl can write them on your behalf. Just pressure them to do that.
