But now that the training is holding at Lagos according to our Oga at the Top, so I guess the list will be out by ending of this month or early next month,

0-25min(First Cage. Very fee girls will make it)
25-30min(Second Cage)
30-35minThird Cage)
35- above (Last Cage mostly this cage will b dominated by Females, Try not to b here as a guy)

Make sure u do urinalysis test b4 u go for interview especially the ladies. Urinalysis will screen about 70% of the Girls. Then for Guys High BP will Screen most of u out. If u are a drug addict and its still in ur blood stream just forget it cos u will b screen out.

4km sounds like a walk in the park....until you actually attempt it. People will be breathing like fatigued horses that day. The unlucky ones who did not practice but want to impress will fall and never get up. It's best to start practicing small small on your own...NOW. There are apps that make it even better. Sportractive, Endomondo, etc.

Hope they do not use electric poles in measuring this 4km otherwise guys may collapse.

The only problem will be those mad boiz that will be running as if Boko Haram is chasing them thereby reducing the completion time of the first box
Otherwise, the normal time set is sufficient to finish well.... more like an endurance race.
