Please stay away from them as much as u can. I am a coca cola addict and ever since i got preg, i reduced it drastically. Infact i can go a month without one. I am in week 20 now and i still run away from caffeinated drinks. Do it for your baby please.

Hi July mamas! How is the ministry going? Am sure many of us are enjoying this trimester. By April roll call, many of us would have entered our 3rd trimester so let's make good use of this time to do most, if not all of our shopping. I pray God will make provision financially and will continue to make the journey easy for us.

How is our ANC classes? I hope we are enjoying meeting with other preggy mamas there. By now, many of us, if not all most have taken our 2nd TT. It's important we create a reminder for the 3rd TT (6 months after 2nd TT) because most of us will be busy with vigilante stuff by then and its possible we will not remember. I pray God will continue to strengthen us and help us all to carry to term with easy delivery.

How are we copying with our showing bumps? How do we feel about our super active lo's jumping up and down, building castle in our womb? By now, it will be difficult to bend down to do some of our daily routines, many friends and family will want to feel our bump and many of us are already enjoying the grace that comes with showing bumps. I pray all our efforts over our lo's won't be in vain. We shall reap the good fruit of our labour over them.

It's high time we dropped our baby gender so that we can update our team. Please, let's start to supply our baby gender, Team XX for BBG & XY for BBB.
Let's all come out and talk so we can know how we are feeling. Remember, we are free to rant at any point on any matter disturbing us.

In all we do, we should not neglect the place of prayer.

Pls Mamas I need ur advice. My LO is 2weeks born as a preterm at 35weeks. She finds it hard sucking although I read it's one of the challenges of having them early. Breast milk is never enough for her or I assume she doesn't get enough as she can't suck very hard but she is coming now. I had to resort to water and glucose as she was dehydrated for 3days after birth. Later we had to get her SMA gold to augment. Pls has anyone had such a challenge? How did u deal with it and how can I increase my milk supply?

I and DH had a talk last night and i let him know what was on my mind. Right from when we had been dating, we have always stated that we would be the ones whose opinions in our children's affairs would count and him trying to sideline me on this issue does not reflect well on our agreement. If he sidelines me on naming my own child, how many other important milestones in our children's life was he going to sideline me on. He knows I am very stubborn and can go ahead and do whatever I like regardless but he appreciated the fact that I was talking to him on this. He saw reasons with me and we finally agreed on the following; When we find out baby's sex (this weekend at our anomaly scan), he would bring three ibo names and I would bring three English names and we would pick one each for the child based on meaning, our experiences, battles, victory, etc. Baby's ibo name will come first in the birth certificate while English name will come second. None of the names given by either grandparents will enter the birth certificate. This was the agreement and we sealed it up with some good good loving . Thank you all once again. Kizzez

tanks crystalzoe. i av taken the TT shot yesterday.

Its called bloating and it happens early on in pregnancy. I was advised to always take an orange after my evening meal and that was what helped. Also, drink lots of water with your meal. Only downside to this is you get to wake up several times at night to take a leak.

I name my baby even before I conceive, so my hubby and everybody is going with d name. Even my friends address me with my baby's name. I told DH to get a baptismal name for him/her but he said I should go on and choose but I want him to partake in d naming.

av taken my TT shots yesterday.d next shot is in april 10. i was asked to do a vaginal swab test to know why my discharge is pale yellow nd itchy.

my doc told me he may not giv me a trial to deliver my baby naturally since av gone tru CS once.

Please feed her (breast milk / formula) with cup and a tiny baby spoon... Also, do not relent in keeping her to the breast in order to boost your milk production...

First scan at 12weeks edd 9march
2nd scan at 26weeks edd 15march
3rd scan at 36weeks edd 30march . I decided to choose 9march.
On 2nd of March I noticed more discharge den on 3rd I saw small tiny mucus plug and I had malaria symptoms too so went to the hospital and complain did a test and malaria was detected also my blood pressure was 160/100. was placed on aldomet. I started having feelings like contractions on 7march bt not
too strong den I told my DH we went to the hospital around 11pm d nurse sent us back cos she was angry that we woke her up from her slip ( mayb she was dreaming of Amurica) so went back home disappointed.
fast forward to 9th March in d morning immediately I woke up something white like water ran tru my leg.

got something to eat that morning and slept for abt 3hours wen I woke up I felt something drop inside my tommy and had d urge to pee web I got to the toilet I wipe I saw bloody stain mucus. so I called my hubby and mother in law to meet me at the hospital. contractions got closer and stronger for like 3hours was checked and I 4cm gone. bt wen d foetal heartbeat was checked it was 183 and my blood pressure was 170/120.d doctor said he wouldn't want me to labour further so d theater was prepared and I was also prepared I was shaved and cathetal (and Wetin dem dey call am) was inserted. I Jejely walked into d theater Kia wen I saw d instruments to b used lined up on d table I was almost shivering. Brb
