Sales & Marketing manager
We are a start-up company that offers services such as marketing, property lettings and tutoring to businesses and individuals in the inner cities of London.
For an initial month or two, you would be paid on a commission-only basis, thereafter a rate of £12 per hour + commission maybe paid once you have proven your ability to close sales.
Successful Sales Manager should be able to make in excess of £28,000p.a. (pro-rata).
You would be engaged on a self-employed basis initially
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.
• Very organised and methodical.
• Good understanding of finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn.
• Reliable, honest and hardworking.
• Professional attitude and presentation of self.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly and helpful towards customers and colleagues.
Role description:
You would be based mainly out of office but would be required to attend regular meetings in the office.
You would be responsible for ensuring leads are generated, followed up and the sales are closed.
You would recruit and manage a team of sales professionals.
Provide feedback from customers to inform strategy and planning.
Review your own sales performance, against set targets.
