Just yesterday my tecno h6 battery died after i used it , and when i tried charging it ,,,my phone refused to recognize that the battery was charging,, i had to use a universal charger before my phone finally booted,, ever since that incident my phone charges for more than a day without getting full,,,,, please is it the fault of the battery or the phone??

i suggest the problem is from the phone charging port , it needs to be replaced
