What are the likely interview questions to prepare for?

Yes dear it's safe. Dress code is business casual
You might want to throw in a jacket though wink
Success

Guys is it only me that noticed that everyone who was directly involved in the interview process was downright beautiful/handsome? cheesy
Maryjabeez

you are not alone. Although I wasn't considering whether it's diamond carat or not, I was just admiring the beauty of the ring and it's bearer! grin grin

Any of the 2 you would feel comfortable with. But if the heels are pointed and tend to clink on the floor, u might want to rethink it

I think flats is better sha.... At least for me, it helps agility

Chai, see Nairalanders falling for what is Normal, after going through hell in the hands of some companies HR personnel..who wont..

I felt the same way when i went for ARM's internship exercise while in school, The babes could inspire a dead man back to life, they were speaking English like Amanpour of CNN, and dolling out achievement like its a normal thing..

ARM analyst: i find your motivation letter quite appealing..

Me: Thank you ma(like a mumu)

ARM analyst: call me Tayo( she said it with a smile)

Me: yes ma

ARM analyst:you said wanted a Careear where your....is ....but your....is ....

Me: yes

ARM: you could have it here..

Me: absolutely ma

ARM analyst: one of our client in the steel sector has noticed a drop in it market share of recent and is worried about what could be wrong, as the firms operating experience has been the same, what do you think is wrong

Me: are there any assumptions here.

ARM: Yes.....(insert my name) they government is considering reviewing legislation that is going to liberalize the sector further and allow the more participants but that isnt a problem yet

Me: are there alternatives to what is been produced by the firm and what are the consumers saying...

The conversation ended after a while and the babe told me, what i should have done diffferently etc...

Everybody in the firm that day was Behind, the babes were smart, the guys where balling and you suddenly want to feel you were intelligent and wished you were walking there now....

My downfall came when their CEO now Mrs Jumoke interviewed me, i cant forget that conversation

I entered the room, the place was lighted with a green bulb, two sofas and a stood inbetween with wine and two class cup.

CEO: what has the experience been like all day.

Me: fine ma

CEO: you mind a drink

Me: no ma,

CEO: so you said in your application that you are always up to date with current happenings, whats going on in the world right now

Me: Sir Alex ferguson just retired, there is war in seria, and the libyan situation is geting out of hand..( i should have said what was happening in the finance world)

CEO: interesting( with a smile), sell your self to me in five minutes.

Me: started saying family history and how i like country music etc( foolish boy)

CEO: Do you have any question for me

Me: how would i fit in to your organization

CEO:our interns....blah blah....

The conversation lasted for like 30minutes while the whole exercise lasted a day, with a tea break, lunch with a staff, team work, aptitude test and a time to meet fellow applicants+ #5000 for transport...

Since then, i know a good company immediately i step in to write their aptitude test....

Most HR departments in Nigeria needs a complete overhaul...

Wait o, has any GAAP candidate done interview yet? can we safely assume that GAAP candidates didn't get a riddle? GAAP candidates please talk o, make e no be only me waka come.
Re: Sahara Group Graduate Program 2017 by housestark: 6:22pm On Mar 15, 2017
I'm a GAAP Candidate and something just occurred to me about the GMTP candidates, if the answer is truly MAGAZINE and everyone brings one, what then will be the crieria(ion) for cutting people off?

Is there a possibility that MAGAZINE is the wrong answer or that someone will be recognised as smarter for simply bringing something other than a MAGAZINE?

I stand to be corrected but this is my view smiley
