you cannot fastrck.your admission letter I'd your department has not been touched also note that pg school is on strike and gate is locked so everything about admissions is on hold

No need of knowing somebody that knows someone niw, just pay school fees early then you will have access to hostel portal. It is first come, first........

the answer is no...you can't apply if you have not paid for school fees and if you have not been cleared you can't pay...so you need to pay school fees before you can apply for hostel. Just hope there is still space when you have the fees
