Hello, guys, it appears that those people are using us to practice or learn public address i.e. on how they can stand before people. In other words, there is no way they can gather people except like this by calling for interview, however, is for them to practice their profession rather that they need to use employment system, in this case, people will come because people need a job, I will say is a fake.
