The problem most people here don't know is that, so people here has been buying and selling dollars since 3-4 years ago. Most of them have done transactions worth more than $10,000. When CBN placed ban on international transactions, these people where the way out. If you visit NL business sections you would see plenty of them, some are scammers while many are not. I have done alot of transactions with so many of them.
Just because you buying from Aliexpress, you are forming boss, telling someone not to spam the thread, without even finding out if he is genuine or not, a day would come when you would need items from US or UK stores, that is when you would know that your Nigeria card is worthless. Well I don't need to go into details, many in this thread know that already.

How does this relate to the issue, All we are saying is "An outline procedure a new person can understand before we contact for more details"

Your Comment does not make any contribution either.

Do you know how long most people on this thread have been doing business? Nairaland is not the numero uno when it comes to international transaction.

Ha ha ha. Y? Not everyone is a novice. In fact, the average Joe here knows a lot about currency and who to meet when it's needed.

temitimx19, nsonaso was asked to post his procedures but he keeps spamming! His case be likened to Custom's CG and Senate. Make the guy post so we all can see what he's got to offer NOT about he's a fan of Xiaomi or whatever.

Except it's a neighbouring state transaction! Just wait 4 days max and the receipient will receive the item! I've sent several and it's always been 4days max, except if sent on Friday, then expect Tuesday/Wednesday.
ohh. thank you kindly. that means using EMS doesn't make any difference. registered and EMS are almost the same yeah?

PS: I used EMS, I was hoping max saturday.

Some people go just de feel like 'authority' for nairaland and international transaction related issues. Because you can vouch for Mr A doesn't mean others must trust am. Simple instruction to follow, someone de post history and lectures! Mshew!!!!

Both EMS and Parcel/Cargo items will be conveyed by the same vehicle. So, it doesn't make any difference except that EMS will deliver the package to d receipient at his/her doorstep but recipient will be called for pick up.

Nsonaso:

Piece of advice: STOP displaying your TRACKING number in a forum like this: Many people view this thread and you don't know who is who.

some people who stays in your location can go claim your item, some times POST office doesn't request for ID before goods is handed over to the owner of the goods.
thank you...

According to aliexpress policy, refunds take between 3-20 days

Had a similar issue. I canceled an order on Friday and till now I have not been refunded. Would wait for 20 days before I make an appeal to both my bank and aliexpress

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by dustmalik(m): 5:14pm On Mar 15, 2017
I have it on good authority that you can now purchase an MTN/VisaFone sim from MTN outlets, that runs on the 800Mhz spectrum(LTE band 20). If you recall correctly, NCC had stopped MTN from using the Visafone 800mhz spectrum after acquiring Visafone last year. This is good because, unlike band 7 (2600mhz), band 20 travels a lot farther and has better in-building penetration.
