Bros, no one can tell you the exact numbers of those that received the text messages per state. But base on my perception, all those selected from a state received their text messages all at 1s..

Not everybody that recieved text is on nairaland. If a state received text it means everybody has received text. There is nothing like another batch training in another state aside Kaduna...the training is at the old site of the NDA.
