dotcomnamename:whether you require a Biometric capturing at the VAC in London will depend on your status in Ireland. If you're a citizen, you don't need any Biometric capturing but you will definitely need an ETA. Otherwise, it has to be VAC in London. I've not tried this before but based on the information on CIC website, it has to be done in London, which is the VAC nearest to you. Here's the address: Canada Visa Application Centre 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT |

awelekiti: No i am a green card holder. Saw this today: What do you think about the below statement from cic website, maybe i can print it and submit along with my application? If you are applying on paper we recommend that you apply for a visa from your home country. However, if you are legally admitted to the country you are currently in, you can apply at your nearest visa application centre (VAC). The VAC can help make sure your application is complete and that all proper documentation is included. You must state clearly on your application why you have not applied in your normal country of residence. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1017&top=16 |

dotcomnamename:I think I'd also clarified same in my previous post. In my opinion,as a green card older, you're legally admitted in your country of residence but you'd need to have your Biometric taken(you're not a citizen). Pls go to the nearest VAC, as I advised in my previous post and apply. Have your Biometric taken at same place. You'd be advised further when you get there bro. I wish you best of luck. |

Wow.... My passion and drive brought me here, but with all have read.... am nothing close But I Won't Leave without dropping my heavy heart desire here. Am a 22 year old graduate. I would love to travel to Canada (to hustle, to be sincere here). That is my only heart desire, but with all have read here, there is much to it than 'desire' or 'day-dreaming'. I currently have 200k, but looking for means of 1m. Since am not even working, how do I explain the source (with all have read here). I don't even know which way.................. |

Hello everyone... May the Lord almighty bless everyone for helping one another on this platform. I intend to apply for a visiting Visa BUT I heared US and Canada share some infor as regards visa application. I am self employed , I was doing a certain business when I got refused at the US embassy with my wife in 2015. Now I do have another business which is doing very well and registered, I intend to apply with the new business. My question, won't the Canadian VO think I had mention in my US application then that I was doing a certain business? 2, I have travelled to the Uk on several occasions (visit), studied and lived there legitimately for 3yrs but my resident permit got expired. After then, have travelled on visit again.... And also have been to Spain once. However, I still have a valid Uk visiting visa... What's my chance of securing Canadian visa and what are the required docs To submit .... Or where can I read about required docs to submit.. I appreciate your contribution in advance. Many thanks |

awelekiti: Would really appreciate if you or someone here can kindly sell this airline (and Ethiopian too) to me please! I normally do "jump am pass" in my search irrespective of its fair pricing. Even though I'm of the view and mindset that an airline/aeroplane can not just be on the North American route without meeting the highest of standards i just don't know why i don't have a thing for them at all, most likely because of you know why sha (I no wan hear say person fall off from sky mehn ). Thanks |

OmoBendel24:lol. Egyptair doesn't go to Canada direct. When you get to Cairo, you're going to connect Aircanada. Egyptair has an alliance with Aircanada. You'd see the flight details on your ticket, of course. The experience on-board air canada is amazing. Maybe you should give it a try on your next visit. |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by OmoBendel24: 3:33pm On Mar 17, 2017 |
awelekiti: It seems they do oh! A quick check now via wakanow, trabelstart, and egyptair.com seem to be unveiling that.... I quite understand the code share (alliance) stuff you just explained above, and that is actually part of the obtainable for them as highlighted by you too. Would really appreciate if I could get it your way though, still haunting, but return tickets for LOS-YYZ on major airlines ain't smiling, may have to settle for the Lufthansa option sha! |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Nobody: 4:35pm On Mar 17, 2017 |
OmoBendel24:Eyah, lufthansa go cut your throat be dat oo. It's always expensive. All I know is, when you get to Cairo, the flight that would take you to your destination in canada is AirCanada and no more Egyptair. I was surprised the first time I observed this, flying Aircanada from Cairo to my destination. Maybe their flight(egypt air's) is operated by Air Canada from Cairo to Canada, I wouldn't know..which could have been made possible under the alliance arrangement. If you ask Egyptair if they go to Canada, they wouldn't say no,of course. Cos of the alliance. |
