You need to feed your LO from both oh. Put a towel in hot water, use it as a light compress on the boob, then feed with it. It will help the milk to flow and reduce engorgement

Make i drop my bs though nothing interesting because it was CS.
I had a stressful day at work and started feeling funny, my head was heavy, though it wasnt my antenatal day but i managed to go to the hospital to complain,was 36/37weeks already,they checked my bp which was usually 100/70 but it went up to 140/90,i was told to rest for an hour so they will recheck,for my own mind i just wanted to go home, shower and sleep cos i hate hospital environment but managed to wait
When they rechecked it went up to 150 /100, i told the doc to give me diazepam so i can go home and rest, just then the MD walked in and was informed,he checked my case file& told me you are going nowhere , before i could say jack he told them to prepare the theatre cos he dsnt want to take any chances, haa i told him to wait so i can call my DH, that one too was shocked and said he will close and rush down
We started the surgery 12am, they give me one yeye injection and told me to count 1-50,i ddnt get to 10 before i just blanked out and was in another world
I opened my eyes and the image was getting clearer small small,i demanded to see my baby,na then my mind come down
To stand up and move to the ward was another torture
In all i give Glory to God because oluwapamilerin,oluwasijuanuwomi,oluwadamilare(her names)

Baby tribotan worked for me.
But it was harsh for my son's skin so I mixed it with Shea butter. I put more of the tribotan and small Shea butter and mix then rub on his face

Some mama's say coconut oil works or Shea butter. But you know babies change complexion till they adapt the real one that's usually the color of their ears. My son was yellow pawpaw but now he black like him papa and I use Shea butter on him.

Feed your baby with the painful breast. Or pump to ease the pain and pressure. Also, you can massage with warm towel it will make you feel better.

Try to even out the amount of times you give each breast o so you don't suffer from one breast being larger than the other. Like if you give right breast for 30mins, also give left breast for 30mins

My dear, I would advice you let your Gynae bring it up, there is always an indication before a gynae would ask you to do a pelvimetry (ct or xray) depending on his choice. So far you've had a baby thru vd before, I don't really think you would need to again unless your Gynae says so. Cheers.

I was using Mary Kay time wise matte finish which was wonderful but it's now too expensive so I switched to classic matte foundation. It has served me very well. I hardly use it with primer and it serves. I bought like four at once at 2000 each but I do not know how much it's sold for the for now. I coat it with my 400 jose face loose powder and I am good to go.

Foundation kwa for 10k? ma you can use Classic, Iman, sleek those are the brand I use and they are very much okay and affordable. I get for as low as 1k- 1500k and e dey last wella cuz I get to use it for like 3months self. I got sleek for MIL recently for 1200.
I coat with my milani powder for as low as 400 or at most 500naira.

My dear, I experienced d engorgement for my 2nd late son but that was cuz I wasnt wearing bra after I had already established breastfeeding. My mum said you need to keep your bwest in bra o 24/7 to avoid engorgement. now that it has set in, use warm towel to massage the bobby and try expressing the much you can till d bwest softens then find your bra o. Kpele ma.

I don't know much it is, a pix of the rash would help. You could however use agnesia powder.It's effective for rashes. Pls mix with little water to make it a paste before application.

Pele, just be glad it's coming to an end. Have you tried eating sweet food. First trimester symptoms just have to be endured.

Im having this, and i've noticed that sweet things trigger it more. I just avoid sweet things now. I read somewhere that u could put a drop of lemon in ur mouth. Mayb u cud try if it works for you.
