Was the account yours?

If yes, was it in your full name as in passport?

did it clock 28days, was the funds enough? Are you sure the rise and fall of the naira didn't make you short of funds at a particular time, did you withdraw during the 28 days to short your funds? Was the statement stamped by the bank, did you submit original or photocopy?

When did you open the said account? You really have to tell yourself the truth if you won't tell us.

If the account wasn't yours, who is the owner? And was there a proper statement from the owner saying you will be having full access to the funds, did you provide your birth certificate to show the owner is your father or mother?

More questions need to be asked, I feel for you, quite painfully, but I don't think the will deny you based on bank statement if there was no suspicion....

If all is cleared, I suggested you tender a backup from the bank, stamped and dated and reapply, not appeal as that takes time.

You can't use your naira card outside Nigeria for any bank, Buhari cubbed this, if there are few exceptions, then you can't get more that 200USD .....that's if you every get lucky....

Never travel out banking on your naira MasterCard for Cash.

No one here can say with certainty, only the visa officer reading your application.
Clearly you will have to work very, very hard to convince the VO why you want this path and what benefit it will provide you.

You plan to abandon one career why will you not abandon nursing?

Sorry to say, you will not get a visa because your selected degree does not show show progression. After MSC, it's either MBA or PhD

Sorry for my late reply.

Some were screen grabs while others i printed from email. I had over 1500 screen grabs for whatsapp alone (1 year chat history), so i had to crop each picture with microsoft word and put like 4 on a page (this took a while). After i got tired, i Just complimented the grabs with the email version.

In terms of authenticity, i don't think that is your concern. The marriage certificate, wedding pictures and all other life events are the most important documents. The chats just shows that the relationship is subsisting. I hope you have your chats for a very long period (between 4 - 12 months). Trust me, no one will go through 100s of pages of chats (time is money in UK) the officer will probably just check a few pages for consistency as long as he/she does not have any reason to doubt other supporting documents. If you got your call logs, include them too.

Make sure that when you are going to TLS, make coloured copies of all your pictures and documents to A4 size. Also be careful with the TLS staff. Some of them can be very annoying and lazy. Don't let them put you in a hurry. Make sure all your documents are scanned and carefully watch what they are doing. Don't let their inefficiency cost you your visa (scanning over 900 pages of different documents can get daunting)

As for my letters, i am presently on a trip and I do not have them on my personal computer as my hubby drafted and couriered them to me. Once i'm back to my based, I will help you out with that. Hope this helps? Best of luck

1:that 50% payment of a thing is it for tution cos mine is a flying school to pay 50% at a go is almost impossible for average people like us and secondly the 28days bank statement is it that they shouldnt be any form of withdrawal or is it just topping money to the account and i heard of tier4 sponsor thats universities does it also apply to flying schools please help all bless !!

If you are unable to pay 50% how then will you be able to pay the whole fees?

The UK schools will require you to pay part of the fees and the remaining fees when you arrived in the UK even before you start lectures.

Read the 28day rule on the first page of this thread.

You going about this the wrong way. You need to do a lot of research on your own. The link I gave you listed universities you need to visit and look at their fees.
