Quite unfortunate, Nigerians need to start paying close attention to their loved ones especially when they suddenly become withdrawn. So many people are getting depressed and need attention so as not to harm themselves

Talk to someone
Show love to someone
Help someone when you can
No situation is worse, Just that you've not seen someone with really bad one

If you know half of what people are going through you'd know suicide sometimes could seem a very 'normal' way out.
I'm going through a lot right now and sometimes the suicide thoughts flashes through my mind too, unfortunately so.

I don't know why I find it hard to believe suicide cases in Nigeria. Foul play dey this one. Murderer s know the moment the police finds a dead man with a knot around his neck, it's case closed. no investigation....The easiest way to commit murder in Nigeria; make it seem like suicide.

this was exactly what was written on my friends last DP on bbm before he died some days later........about a year ago.....#memories

just so many pressures in our society today and its unfortunate.. Pressure to be educated, pressure to pass exams, pressure to study, pressure to be successful, pressure to make money, pressure to get things right by all means and just pressure for everything.. And this take its toil on many people who arent phychologically strong enough..
