jonsnow92: Those who play football or understand the game technically will not be making this error. Now lemme spoon-feed you. Ask any player in your street, ''what's the best form of defence?'' If he doesn't tell you '' it's attack'', he must be an amateur player. When you bombard your oppositions with flawless massive attack, their attackers will be forced to join in defending. By this, the opposition attack is rendered toothless. This is exactly what valdes enjoyed in barca, when xavi, iniesta and messi held sway. Next time, i wont take my time answering mumu questions from you. |

Pulsating end-2-end entertaining draw. Fantastic. |

bykebyke: Since you like stats. Go and check dayo's whoscored.com and check the top performers for boro this season and tell me if valdes makes top 10. You will just jump from nowhere and get banged. I am waiting o. |

Griffon:if Spurs are contending for this title, so are city, Liverpool and perhaps even united |

FBS: I always enjoy your comments on matches. Even when I don't watch matches, I feel like I can gain a quick estimation from your objective comments. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Nihilist: 7:43pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Ibime: Anybody that says that is misguided. I will refrain from any further Matic v Fab comments because I believe that there's no point anymore. It's pretty obvious what's what to who knows what. How your weekend? |

What are you guys opinion about Aguero |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 7:52pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
FBS:They just did. That Lallana miss is one of the worst. Aguero is losing it and Yaya needs to retire by the way where is that Gundogan sef. |

Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:00pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
raumdeuter:I don't know what has happened to him, his Instinct is still there but the finishing, decision making has detoriated, even his dribbling skills seems to have deserted him. That his last miss for example experience should tell him to direct the ball downwards, worst scenario a corner |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by FBS: 8:02pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Nihilist:boss, I remain humble and objective oo. Thanks. In all seriousness though, couldn't even write much cos Match was crazy. That Lallana miss na one head scratcher. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Ibime(m): 8:03pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
bykebyke: This means nothing. Goalkeepers at the bottom of the league make more saves cos they face more shots. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by FBS: 8:04pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
pamcode:Wouldn't exactly call a huge miss. Compare that to Lallanas. Worlds apart. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:06pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
FBS:Lol I think he was trying to do a toe clip or something similar and his brain and Central Nervous System hooked. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Ibime(m): 8:07pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
pamcode: Maybe he is tired when the chances arrive because he is not used to pressing so much like Pep has been asking him to do. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:08pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Firmino too was another waste man on the field. Poor decision making. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Nobody: 8:08pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Ibime:He has not been shambles is what I'm on about. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Ibime(m): 8:10pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
bykebyke: But your use of stats is disingenuous. You should be comparing his no of saves with Tom Heaton and other keepers at the bottom of the league. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by FBS: 8:12pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
pamcode:Fascinating game. Both sides went for it. That Lallana s miss na nna, worst of the season . Can't blame Kun that much. Yeah, he slipped at the wrong time (just like Valdez today after making 2 great saves) and wasnt in the game in the first half but remember that he brought them back in it. Wiljnadium just gave Yaya the tour-e of the Ethiad pitch. He will probably leave the club. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:13pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Ibime:I thought of some thing similar too, it seems he has to include the job of distributing possession and dropping to mildfield to recycle passes unlike before that he was just the target man who causes the opposition defence problems by his movement, dribbling and finishing. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Nobody: 8:17pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Ibime:Okay. Still...Not as bad as being portrayed here. 1 Share

Need also to mention that Stones actually defended very well today. Otamendi was equally good. |

Agbakolly:they only had more passes Liverpool was the better side |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:23pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
FBS:less said about Yaya the better. The old man has no speed, recovery any more even his strength seems to be failing him. Most of counters resulted because of him, all the opposing midfielders have to do is push the ball beyond him and voila space opens up. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by pamcode(m): 8:25pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Earth2Metahuman:Well maybe in the first half sha cos i didn't watch the first period but that second half man city was the better side. |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Earth2Metahuman: 8:29pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
pamcode:yes Man city still won't perform better than this next season unless they sign messi |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by Ibime(m): 8:58pm On Mar 19, 2017 |
Danhumprey: Except it would only be worse in Europe for Fabregas. The PSG game where they went down to 10 men, even their depleted two man midfield were bullying him all over the park to the point he could not carry himself and his team across the halfway line. How quickly we forget. The tougher the game the more of a liability Fabregas becomes. No team in history has ever been successful deploying Fabregas in a midfield two. The closest was Chelsea in 14/15 and as soon as teams sussed him out as a weak point halfway through the season, he was redeployed to AM and Zouma brought in. I don't plan for Chelsea to be a team that stacks their prospects on Fabregas being a mainstay in a midfield two. He has no track record of success in that position from 2004 till date. |

Klopp can't rely on Mane,Firmino and Coutinho Coutinho for all his talents is very inconsistent, Firmino is better off on the wings I don't like Pep at all because I be Mourinho's boy,but if he can tone down the attacking obsession just a bit, he will be a hit.. He has dominated every big game this season bar Spurs away, he needs to work on his defensive mindset the same thing Jose needs to do on his attacking game We are lucky to have the man who seems to strike a balance.. ..He doesn't park bus and he is not obsessed with possession Carlo is another one like that 1 Like |
