Is not matter of Experience.. What matter is the size of ur Woodwork and that's the reason while I post nu previous job online at least maybe u can see the one dat look like urs...

My carpenter said Aluminum wood work is different from slate, he estimated 400 pieces of slates (1150 * 400 = 460,000) the wood work is in progress. Please is there any aluminum roofing I can install on d skeleton between the range of 460,00 to #500k? Thks

Slate measurement is different from Aluminum roofing measurement but is when u done with d woodwork we know the assured cost of the aluminum needed..
I doubt that 500k can roof it..
Becos the cheapest Aluminum 0.45mm is #1700 per MTR..
And apart from that u will still buy some accessories..

So you can just settle down for that slate.. And when God fully bless ur pocket ur next building u can go for Stone coated Roofing tiles..
Cut ur cloth according to ur size now.. U will still build more houses...
