Good phone with nice specs, but the non-removable battery is a no for me. it can be very annoying when your phones hangs and you cant remove the battery.

But the battery coupled with fast charging, it negates the need for having an extra battery. And if things get really desperate, there's the ultra battery saving mode. Seems like the Zero 4 has you covered

I think carlcare do that for them, you take it to them within the warranty period and they get your device fixed
