The only con I see with the generator is getting a trust worthy engineer that will do the right thing while fleecing you.

my dear don't mind all these suggestions people are giving you.what you need is a lister gen (pic below) three drums, two for cold and hot exchange and one for the diesel. all you need to do from time to time is is to unscrew the belly to top the engine oil,always fill the drums of water to the brim and make sure diesel doesn't finish. that's all

All this big big stories, one freezer, is that is about 315 litres, is 1000w, that means that 3.5kva(kva means kilo watts which mean 3500wats) will carry 3 of those with allowance of 500 watts for fan and etc....if you are not buying a high compressor cold room, please just don't dear buy Lister anything ....

I never said I was in the business though, I don't know much about the business in terms of setting up and running it.

All I know is the freezer they use, they give goods on credit to the hawkers, collect back warm drinks not sold and replace it with cold/frozen ones. All this while record of what is given is been taken.

At the end of close of business the hawkers pay per pack of what they sold, drop the bucket they use to hawk and go home.

Before you can join as a hawker someone must vouch for you before they can allow you to join and you must always stay true to them no matter what.
