The real largest man-made structure is and has always been the Great Wall of China. It stretched over 5,500 miles from the Shanghai Pass to the Bohai Sea. In comparison, it is more than twice as long as the River Niger which stretches all the way from Guinea to the the Niger Delta. It is also longer than the longest river in the world, the Nile.

In contrast, it is claimed that the so-called Eredo Ijebu is only 160 kilometers long (or a mere 99 miles, which is a negligible fraction in comparison to the Great Wall of China).

If it was said that Eredo is the largest man-made structure, a story that bites you so hard because you cant afford to tolerate good thing about Yorubas, and you feel(not confirmed though) that Great Wall of China is the biggest, its no big deal if your claim is actually the case.

So if your claim is actually the case, we have learnt something new which is very good of you. But the simple truth then is that Eredo will then be the second largest man-made structure IN THE WORLD!!! WOW!!!

OP missed the point entirely. The attempt at breaking an imaginary myth is infantile. The OP mixed up the operative word " largest man made structure " and "longest man made struggle " and reached a wrong conclusion. There is no doubt that the Great Wall of China is the "longest man made structure ", it is not the "largest man made structure ". Eredo is said by paraphrase to be 7 feet high, has several multi storied civil and other structures of imposing height. This makes it a candidate for the "largest man made structure "

The Op with his hate filled heart and jealousy for Yoruba rich culture can't even differentiate between largest and longest. We all know the tribe he and his likes come from. Thanks for pointing out what the whole world knows about great wall of China being the longest structure in the world, but what the whole world doesnt know or just getting to know now is that somewhere in tropical rainforest of sub saharan Africa a massive earthwork structure was built, and this structure till date remains the largest man-made structure of ancient time. We Yorubas are very very very proud of what our ancestors achieved.

Eredo is certainly the largest man-made structure in the ANCIENT world. It is so old people don’t realise it’s infact the boundaries of the ancient city of Jerusalem. That’s right and it’s real names are Jebus, Salem and Jebusalem.
