It's a good development and should be sustain but my worries is why is difficult for prices to come down in Nigeria but very easy to escalate? Don't we have price regulatory agency in this country? |

Sylva2147: If you imported say toothpicks then at #215 = $1 per pack and sold for say #280. But dollars increased to #380 = $1 while you had some old stock, would you still continue to sell at #280? If you do, where would you get the #100 difference (#380 - #280) to replenish your stock? Do know that if you do not increase your price, other importers would buy up your stock, adjust the price and remain in business. |
