Are you even sure if Russia renewed their slots for this year after Nigerian government failed in it's part of the agreement of providing the scholars with the monthly allowance and other fees for months till the extent that Russian government wrote letters to them......just saying oo..how sure are you??

Most likely it was just speculation cos none of the people thar brought the news respond to questions like who did they call and when, so to me it was jst a rumour.
Traditionally Russia applicants are contacted prior to anyother country.
