Hello gurus...

I used cmd sfc scannow to scan my PC owing to it slow response and frequent freezing.
After I did this, I lost access to most of the system's functionality viz. Audio, LAN, Microsoft, and lot more.

I tried installing driver... but all effort to no avail. I can't, in addition, change some settings on the system. I can't also logon as an administrator.

Kindly help proffer solution to this, techies.

Do a system restore. That should return the system back to functionality.

Take keyboard apart and clean membrane .....

Keyboard is dying. I suggest you get it cleaned as a 1st step

Do a system clean up, make sure u have an up-to-date anti virus to scan ... After all these have been confirm the performance and get back to us

The problem is from the battery. You should have tested it thoroughly before handing it over to your client.
if it is not too long ago you bought it, you can ask for a replacement.

Gud day my honourable engineers, pls I recently observed each time I switch on my laptop and am using it, the cursor freezes. I had to alwaz click on escape to free it b4 I continue using it.

When on desktop, an icon gets highlighted without anyone touching it and the cursor freezes. The laptop is samsung windows 8 pro, 2gig ram, 320 hdd, 1.8 processor. I bought it brand new in 2014 and d issue started early dis week. Thanks in advance.

shuuu in dis age.. 512mb.. . my broda... d best i can advice u is 2 increase ur ram size.. if i tell u 2 put any kind of antivirus on dat pc, u wont like d performance.. it will be beta if u dont use any ram.. it wil hog ur available ram..what is d make of ur pc
