Boss Harddon don't u think a Facebook group would be more efficient. I know this because I have seen first hand what going through buried messages/post is like, frequent notifications, and the hassles of keeping everything in order - everybody wants something they could go back to as reference. A Facebook page would be easier for you to write a drill or a Facebook note, and we all could post comments on them.
