I think having it all also involves knowing it all. To 'have it all' is relative to people so for one to say he has it all reflects a level existential plenitude involving also all 'know' he or she could want.

Imagine a case of dopemu, he earns a decent pay, has the best woman as a wife with cute kids, a nice 2bedroom and a peaceful home. That to dopemu could be having it all. While with all other things being equal, olobe a good doctor trying to find the cure to hiv and feels stuck and drained. You can imagine how olobe feels..
