To meet requests from customers for foreign exchange following its decision on Monday to set the upper limit of the exchange rate, the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has released $85 million to banks for sale to customers.
The forex was sold to the banks at the new rate of N 357 to the dollar for onward sale to retail end-users at the new ceiling rate of not more than N360.

with just 5k, you're not qualified to get USD at the rate lower than what bc offers. BDC sold USD at 279/280 today while Euro sold for 400. The guy I bought USD from is a heavy dealer. If you're not buying up to 20k minimum, he won't listen to you. You could even get up to 100k from him within 24hrs. His rate was 366, lower than abokifx's

280/$? haba? y u dey lie like these nah? CBN rate is 357/$ even atm card rate hover around 315/$. I can buy beyond 20k at a go, give me the direction to locate that seller that sell at the rate of 280/$.

I apologise I wanted to state 379/380. Without being told, you should know the rates are not real. Sorry for the typo error. My further explanation should have hinted you that I typed those figures in error. Let me reach him tomorrow morning first, in case he still has much. I'd update you pls
